Modular Construction by JTC Construction was founded in 2026 with one clear purpose: to build dependable, high-quality modular structures that are practical, durable, and designed around the real needs of our customers. Based in Alva, Oklahoma, near the Oklahoma Panhandle, our company was built on strong values of craftsmanship, honesty, and reliability.

Founded by two brothers with more than 20 years of combined construction experience, JTC Construction was created after years of working alongside other construction businesses and learning the trade from the ground up. Through those years of hands-on experience, we developed a passion for quality building, problem solving, and creating structures that are made to last.

What began as a vision to create better greenhouse solutions quickly grew into a passion for modular construction of all kinds. We recognized the need for structures that could withstand harsh weather conditions while still offering flexibility, functionality, and custom design options. From cedar-built greenhouses to sheds, lean-tos, even-span structures, and chicken coops, we set out to create buildings that combine quality materials with efficient modular construction methods.

Today, our specialty is custom modular outbuildings delivered as easy-to-assemble kits. Whether you need a professional-grade greenhouse, rugged storage shed, fully equipped workshop, chicken coop, home office, hobby space, or another custom backyard structure, we design and pre-cut every project in our shop to your exact specifications.

For local customers, we provide delivery and complete on-site installation. For customers across the country, we ship flat-packed modular kits nationwide with clear instructions, pre-labeled components, and live video conference support to help guide the assembly process step by step. We can even help connect customers with local installers when needed.

Because we are a small, hands-on crew, our customers work directly with the builders from design to delivery. There are no sales representatives or subcontractors — just experienced craftsmen who genuinely care about quality, details, and customer satisfaction.
